Where to Travel Wheel

A travel shortlist that never gets shorter is not a shortlist. Put the places on a wheel, agree in advance that the spin decides, and the trip stops being a discussion and becomes a date in a calendar.

Try another wheel

Shortlist first, spin second

The wheel is not there to pick from every city on earth — it is there to close a list you have already agreed on. Six to ten places everyone would genuinely be happy with is the version that works; anything longer and somebody will want to re-spin.

For groups who never decide

Group trips die in the planning. Spinning in front of everybody makes the decision collective without a vote, and nobody ends up responsible for the choice — which is usually the real reason nobody wants to make it.

Questions about this wheel

Can I weight the wheel towards cheaper destinations?

Add a place more than once and it takes more slices, so it comes up more often. That is all weighting is here.

Can I share the wheel with the people I am travelling with?

Yes. A read-only public link opens in any browser with no account, so everyone can see the shortlist and the spin.
