Pet Name Generator Wheel

A new pet arrives and everybody in the house has a different favourite name. Put all the ideas on the wheel, spin it together, and the name is picked fairly — which matters when the children are the ones voting.

Give it a spin — nothing is saved until you copy it.

Everyone adds one name

Let each member of the family add their favourite, then spin. Nobody wins the argument; the wheel does. If the result falls flat, remove it and spin again — it is your pet, after all.

Ideas to start from

The stock names are some of the most popular for dogs and cats. Replace them with names that suit your animal: food names, famous characters, or something to do with where you found them.
